I had a great holiday stay in North Island with convenient access to a spacious outdoor area featuring picnic tables for relaxation.

Really enjoyed the place, had a really good stay for my holiday in North Island. My double room with the bedroom, hot tub, for instance was newly renovated. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were available in the kitchen. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly!

The accommodation we stayed in was nicely set up with a separate bedroom and a bathroom; the location was great, just a 20-minute walk to the city center.

I found the location good and the accommodation was generous in size. There seemed to be good facilities there but I was too busy to use them.
The reception on the tv was poor.

The spa bath in its own private area outside the main bedroom was excellent. A great temperature for chilly evenings. Also free internet, although not always reliable, was good. Not too far away from attractions as well as central Rotorua, also a supermarket was only about 1km away.
There was no hot water left for a shower, as a couple of bus loads of people had taken it all up in the morning. One side of the electric blanket did not work (my wifes side) so she wasn't happy. The reception of the tv wasn't great.

Spa pool outside bedroom was a nice treat.

The privacy of the spa is great. The rooms have been decorated in tasteful colours. Fresh towels each day were soft and fluffy.
The main heater was faulty, and its back-up had no light indicating it was functioning. The queen bed was very spongy and lacking support. The shower was nice and hot but the shower head sprayed widely and was difficult to adjust.

This place was great - we stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed it, especially the convenient location near supermarkets.

The service was absolutely amazing, such lovely people, they washed the dishes had clean dry towels on demand, and even had a bottle of wine on the table when I arrived as it was my anniversary. And because of that I will be returning every year.
Nothing, wonderful stay

Good kitchenette, lovely spa bath, quiet units but still very close to ammenities and city.
Room was described as "Luxury One-Bedroom Suite with Spa Bath", but bed was not very comfortable. Recent redecorating looked unprofessional - paint on light fixtures and ceiling. Toilet roll dispenser coming off the wall. One more mirror would've been handy if one person was using the bathroom. Housekeeping made up the single bed in the living room but not the queen bed in the bedroom.

Bed very comfortable
We had an adjoining door in our room. Guests next door were very noisy late at night and we could hear them clearly, also could hear their television clearly
